Canon 5D Mark ii

TODAY I BOUGHT MY CAMERA!!!!
After having to push my car at least ones a week because I tried to get every last bit of gas from it before spending money to get more, living off dollar coupon books for free frosty's and fries at Wendy's, seeing more foreigners at the Wrentham Outlets than I thought existed, having unnecessary amounts of trouble with my bank and paypal, and 8 months of dreaming the day came when I FINALLY bought my camera. Now i just have to wait...

In the meantime.....

It was beautiful out today and I hope everyone got to enjoy it for a little bit, I know I did!

2 photos that sum up my day!

Eerie Sounds of Saturn's Radio Emissions

Saturn is a source of intense radio emissions, which have been monitored by the Cassini spacecraft. The radio waves are closely related to the auroras near the poles of the planet. These auroras are similar to Earth's northern and southern lights. This is an audio file of radio emissions from Saturn.

The Cassini spacecraft began detecting these radio emissions in April 2002, when Cassini was 374 million kilometers (234 million miles) from the planet, using the Cassini radio and plasma wave science instrument. The radio and plasma wave instrument has now provided the first high resolution observations of these emissions, showing an amazing array of variations in frequency and time. The complex radio spectrum with rising and falling tones, is very similar to Earth's auroral radio emissions. These structures indicate that there are numerous small radio sources moving along magnetic field lines threading the auroral region.

Time on this recording has been compressed, so that 73 seconds corresponds to 27 minutes. Since the frequencies of these emissions are well above the audio frequency range, we have shifted them downward by a factor of 44.

Kid Mountain

Kid Mountain :
A recent band I have recently discovered is kid mountain, a post-surf/shoepop band out of providence, ri. They are definitely a band you want to boogie too, yes I said boogie.. Vocalist/rythm guitar player Cole Wuillemier whom you may also know as the violin player in Cactus Attack brings a upbeat, quirky, and almost disorganized sound to the band with his high vocals and upbeat rhythm parts. Seeing how you can download all there albums for free on there facebook I don't see why you wouldn't give them a listen.

Song recomendations :

Waves wont take
Cowboyz and indie girlz

"I dont really care if your rich or not, if you spend a lot,
as long as you spend some time with me"
